THE FIRM

Grooms and Associates, P.C., is a professional corporation founded in 1984 with offices in Southfield, Michigan. Our multi-disciplinary staff of over 5 professionals represents the full spectrum of auditors, accountants and consultants. In addition, we utilize Accountants One, a temporary and permanent Personnel Service Company, to lease C.P.A.’s to complete short term engagements not requiring the need to hire additional staff.

The firm is organized into three major areas – Auditing and Review Services, Accounting and Tax Services, and Business Management Consulting.

PHILOSOPHY OF SERVICE

The principles that guide Grooms and Associates, P.C. in its approach to client service are simple and direct. We believe our individual clients’ needs are unique, and so require a unique response from us. We have trained our people and carefully structured the way we operate our teams to provide precisely the scope and range of service a client wants, to render professional service at a reasonable cost, and at the same time, to assist management in meeting its goal. In short, our philosophy is one of providing cohesive, efficient, responsive service.
